I am Saral Gupta,
Since my family started living in Europe more than 10 years ago, we have missed authentic Indian food in restaurants. Although Indian food is very popular in Europe, people are not familiar with the authentic ingredients, Indian spices, and how they can cook it themselves.
To fill all these gaps, I have started giving cooking classes in Warsaw which started about a 3 years ago.
Each class lasts for three hours, including an introduction to Indian spices, how to use these spices and health benefits of spices, a copy of the printed recipes, onsite cooking under instructions and fabulous lunch/ dinner (the same dishes that they prepared during their session) with masala tea.
During my class I got to know many people are vegan and many are allergic from gluten. This thing motivate to give vegan and gluten-free classes. I have plenty recipes to teach which I learned from my parents and from my grandmother. I feel really good and proud that i got a chance to spread my basics ideas of cooking and knowledge of Ayurveda and benefits of spices here in Europe .
I share all our secret recipes which have been handed down from generation to generation. From appetizers to main dishes to sweets, you'll taste the best of Indian cuisine, mainly cooked by you.
